ASPECTOS CONCEPTUALES SOBRE LOS INDICADORES DE CALIDAD DE VIDA.

Resumen

RESUMEN. Actualmente, se hace indispensable plantear la necesidad de involucrar al estudio de los diferentes procesos de interacción social, las nuevas visiones sobre el desarrollo y la Calidad de vida de la población, con el propósito de incluir además de los aspectos cuantitativos variables cualitativas, que sirvan como un mecanismo adecuado en el diagnóstico de las realidades y en la elaboración de las políticas públicas. Para ello haremos una revisión de las diferentes propuestas metodológicas, los aspectos conceptuales y los índices que se relacionan con la medición de la Calidad de Vida y la Pobreza. En esta dinámica se acercaran unas de las nuevas visiones y progresos teóricos que van en esta misma línea. Posteriormente se adelantaran algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones que permitan encausar el análisis, los diagnósticos y la orientación de las políticas públicas acordes con estas teorías, con el fin de que sus efectos tengan un impacto directo y real sobre el bienestar de una sociedad, que se desenvuelve en medio de una crisis y que se percibe día a día en todos los espacios de interacción del ser humano y su entorno.

Abstract. At the moment, it becomes indispensable to outline the necessity to involve the study of the different processes of social interaction, the new visions about the development and the Quality of the population's life, with the purpose of including, besides the quantitative aspects, qualitative variables that serve as a mechanism adapted to the diagnosis of the realities and in the elaboration of the public politicians. For this, we will make it a revision of the different methodological proposals, the conceptual aspects and the indexes that are related with the mensuration of the Quality of Life and the Poverty. In this dynamics they came closer some of the new visions and theoretical progresses that you/they go in this same line. Later on they were ahead some conclusions and recommendations that allow to prosecute the analysis, the diagnosis and the orientation of the politicians public chords with these theories with the purpose of that their effects have a direct and real impact about the well-being of a society that is unwrapped amid a crisis and that it is perceived day by day in all the spaces of the human being's interaction and their environment.
