MEDELLÍN. VIOLENCIA DE COMBOS O FALLA DE LA POLITICA DE SEGURIDAD DEMOCRATICA.

Resumen

Abstract. Violence of city gangs or fails of the policy of "democratic security". In the present conflict in Medellín, prestige is gambling "the democratic security" the political flag of the uribistas sectors. The official excuse is that the present local insecurity not only is a problem of perception but also a sequel of an internal war between the drug trafficking, paramilitary and bands of delinquents. The policy seems to be the one to conceal a war that includes almost all the communes of Medellín.

Resumen. En el conflicto actual en Medellín, se está jugando el prestigio "la seguridad democrática" la bandera política de los sectores uribistas. La excusa oficial es que la actual inseguridad citadina no solo es un problema de percepción sino también una secuela de una guerra intestina entre los rezagos del narcotráfico, paramilitares y bandas criminales. La política parece ser la de encubrir una guerra que abarca casi todas las comunas de Medellín.
