Abstract

 Abstract.  One of the most protuberant deficiencies of the Gallup poll talks about to the error sample, parameter that allow to infer on the difference between the results obtained by the survey (statistical) and the real result that we would have to obtain from all the population, if we had information of the same (population parameter). In order to define the representative size of a sample one is used formulates, to which a certain level of confidence and error is applied to him. Gallup calculates a sample of 608 interviews for all the department, from a level of confidence of 95% and an error sample of 4%.

Investigaciones o diseños experimentales Una de las deficiencias más protuberantes de la encuesta de Gallup señaladas por Burbano se refiere al error muestral, parámetro que permite inferir sobre la diferencia entre los resultados obtenidos por la encuesta (estadístico) y el resultado real que deberíamos obtener de toda la población, si tuviésemos información de la misma (parámetro poblacional). Para definir el tamaño representativo de una muestra se utiliza una formula, a la cual se le aplica un cierto nivel de confianza y de error. Gallup calcula una muestra de 608 entrevistas para todo el departamento, a partir de un nivel de confianza del 95% y un error muestral del 4%.
