Abstract. The "mapuche´s conflicts" is not another thing that the answer -historically it does violence to mapuches, their exclusion, and the classist and racist of the Chilean State. More repressive today than the military dictatorship without changing its laws and with governments who maintained the inequality situation socio-economic. This power that does not manage to prevent a legitimate civil protest uses violent resources in increasing form.

Resumen. El conflicto mapuche, de vieja data, nunca resuelto ni por la Dictadura Militar que gobernó durante 17 años ni por los Gobiernos democráticos de la Concertación, se ha convertido en el mejor ejemplo del manejo de lo político en Chile. Hacer el mínimo para que nada cambie... El tratamiento judicial del conflicto a través de leyes antiterroristas heredadas de la Dictadura militar es otro ejemplo más de que en Chile nada cambia.
