Abstract. Social safety is the binding axis of the hegemonic narrative that is experiencing the rise of so-called globalizing the fight against terrorism. It is the frenzy that consumed the expectations and stakes government and its opponents, especially in a country like Colombia, which holds lapidary figures on the extent of barbarism. Good for the confrontation between the rule of law and organized crime and illegal, or by the rules prevailing at the time of settling disputes.
Resumen. La seguridad es el eje aglutinante del relato hegemónico que experimenta el auge mundializador de la llamada lucha contra el terrorismo. Es el frenesí en el que se consumen las expectativas y apuestas de gobiernos y contradictores, sobre todo en un país como Colombia que ostenta cifras lapidarias sobre la magnitud de la barbarie. Bien por la confrontación entre el imperio de la ley y la delincuencia organizada y furtiva, o bien por las reglas del juego que prevalecen a la hora de dirimir los conflictos.
