En el año 1979 fue creada la revista Lecturas de Economía, principal medio de expresión del programa de Economía de la Universidad de Antioquia. Su primer número se publicó en enero de 1980 con el nombre de Temas Económicos; así, en 2015 la mencionada publicación cumple 35 años. Pero, ¿cuál ha sido la evolución de la revista en sus primeros 7 lustros de existencia? Con el paso del tiempo se han presentado novedades en lo atinente al enfoque, las áreas y los temas objeto de reflexión en la revista; el presente texto pretende, justamente, dar cuenta de este devenir o proceso de cambio.
