Reformar las reformas

El documento resume los planteamientos de la Comisión Económica para América Latina -Cepal- en el debate actual sobre el papel del Estado, de las instituciones nacionales e internacionales y la necesidad de reformarlas. La primera sección presenta un diagnóstico de la situación latinoamericana en la última década. Las dos siguientes exponen las propuestas para "reformar las reformas": las visiones sobre la política macroeconómica, las estrategias de desarrollo productivo y las relaciones entre la política económica y social en la que se destacan tres elementos estratégicos: educación, empleo y seguridad social.
