Determinantes de la inversión industrial en Colombia. 1960-1985

Como factores explicativos de las variaciones de la inversión industrial en Colombia se han considerado fundamentalmente la demanda efectiva y la disponibilidad de divisas. En este trabajo se describe la evolución de dicha inversión considerando el impacto que sobre ella tuvieron las inversiones pasadas, el producto industrial, beneficios brutos, tasa real de interés y tasa de cambio real en el período 1960-1985. Según las estimaciones econométricas realizadas en este trabajo se puede concluir que en el período 1960-1985 la inversión industrial en Colombia estuvo determinada principalmente por cinco variables: Producto industrial del período anterior, inversión del período anterior, tasa de cambio real, tasa de interés real y beneficios brutos.
