Abstract

We have preparedand characterized electrically the system (Bi-Pb)-2223, and growth it in insulating thick films. Samples were prepared using Melt-Quench-Annealing method (MQA). The electrical transport measurementsR vs Tshow superconducting behavior for values of x <1.0, this behavior is not drastically affected when the value of the concentration varies from x=0.025 to 0.8 and exhibit a
metal-insulator transition for values of x=1.2 and 1.5 with an anomaly.
