Pedagogic Initiative to Boost Soft Skills through Role Play in Physical Education
Abstract
The article describes a didactic approach to foster the soft skills of initiative, responsibility, and empathy through role play in the Physical Education classroom. The research was conducted in the sixth grade of a private school in Bogotá. A diagnosis of the problem was made based on the Big Five test; in addition, based on the theoretical framework, we posed the research question and set the objectives of the project. Methodology made it possible to implement the initiative to boost soft skills and to monitor and record their evolution, as can be seen in the results and conclusions of this work.
