Abstract

The World Health Organization defines lifestyle as “the interaction between living conditions, broadly considered, and individual patterns of behavior shaped by sociocultural factors and personal characteristics" that can be measured with validated questionnaires for different populations at different stages of the life cycle. In the particular case of the student population, university stage entails relevant changes that can affect the health and quality of life of students. The purpose of this study, then, is to determine the relationship between lifestyle and sex in students of a private Colombian university.
