Virtuality: A Setting for Another Type of Physical Education
Abstract
This work describes a virtual experience of Physical Education on YouTube, consistent with the rhizomatic learning model based on the work by problem nodes, and tested during the first semester of 2021. The idea relies on the concept of vibratory motion, grounded in Bergson’s development of motion as duration as opposed to the translational motion of physics. In conclusion, technological devices enable different ways of relating to oneself, while blurring the univocity of concepts such as body and identity. Thus, the change in the conception of the body and the possibilities of human enhancement, mediated by technology, raise bioethical, political, medical, social and, certainly, economic debates.
