Effects of a Modeling plan on the skill abilities and endurance of Young female handball players
Abstract
Two groups of female handball players underwent coordination and endurance tests: the control group (CG) maintained a plan with diluted loads and worked on all training components. The experimental group (GE) varied during eight weeks, the initial plan, for a plan by Modeling that focused on coordination stimuli as the basis of their preparation. Yo-Yo Test" and "Complex Motor Test" (CMT) results show an improvement in endurance and coordination in both groups, but are statistically significant for the experimental group. Thus, a preparation by modeling, concentrating the coordination of handball players, significantly improves endurance and very significantly improves coordination.
The results obtained from the research were developed jointly with the Local Research Fund of the IUEFD at the Universidad de Antioquia (Colombia).
