Endeudamiento externo y la política económica en Colombia. 1970 -1982

Resumen
El tema del endeudamiento externo está ocupando un lugar preponderante en las discusiones sobre la situación económica actual de América Latina. Sin embargo, parece ser que Colombia se apartó de la tendencia general que siguieron-los demás países latinoamericanos, por ende se define la política económica como elemento que puede jugar un papel en el proceso de endeudamiento externo de los países en desarrollo, y además se conocen las condiciones específicas que experimentó el estado Colombiano; para permitir un comportamiento distinto al del endeudamiento externo durante el periodo de 1970 – 1982, ya que durante este se presentaron cambios muy importantes, en cuanto a niveles de endeudamiento externo de los países Latinoamericanos.
