La tierra urbana en el portafolio de las fortunas antioqueñas en la primera mitad del siglo XX

La tesis principal, motivo de debate abierto que se plantea con este ensayo, tiene que ver con el papel que la tierra urbana tuvo en el conjunto de las fortunas antioqueñas. A su vez, esta temática sirve como puente para conectar los negocios a la historia urbana y ayudar a iluminar el debate en torno a la acumulación de capital en Antioquia. De esta forma la polémica sirve como pretexto y telón de fondo para exponer algunas tesis alternativas y proponer una nueva ventana para leer nuestro pasado y recuperar la memoria perdida que constituye el gran potencial y la esperanza para construir nuestro futuro.
