Este trabajo presenta una traducción al español del proemio de las Institutiones oratoriae de Quintiliano. El estudio busca ofrecer una aproximación filológica que respete los aspectos lingüísticos, estilísticos y retóricos del texto original, con el fin de acercar al lector a los ideales educativos y culturales expresados por el retórico romano.
