CIERTAS CONSIDERACIONES SOBRE ESTUDIOS DE USUARIOS EN ARCHIVOS MUNICIPALES. EL ARCHIVO MUNICIPAL DE LOGROÑO: UNA APROXIMACIÓN TEÓRICO PRÁCTICA.

Resumen

Como muestra de una investigación concreta, se presentan los objetivos de los estudios de usuarios en los sistemas de informacíón. Diseñamos una metodología propia de aplicación de los Estudios de Usuarios a Archivos Municipales que se concreta en el Archivo Municipal de Logroño(Comunidad Autónoma de La Rioja en España). Mediante el análisis de fuentes indirectas(Libro registro de préstamos y consultas de usuarios internos. Libro registro de ciudadanos y Fichero de investigadores) la propuesta metodológica abarca un estudio de usuarios completo y asi atiende tanto al usuario interno (gestor administrativo) como al externo (investigador y ciudadano). Sin plasmar aqui el desarrollo del aplicativo en su totalidad, como prueba de su validez y considerando que todavía nos encontramos ante una aproximación teórica y práctica, se apuntan primero algunas características de estos tres tipos de usuarios y después de analizados los resultados, se presenta una propuesta de aplicaciones concretas del Archivo Municipal en su relación simultánea con cada uno de ellos y con la información que solicitan.

Some Consideration about Users Studies in Municipal Archives. The logroño´s Municipal Archive: A Theroretical and Practical Approximation.

Abstract

There are accustomed the users studies in the information systems as an example of a concrete research. Design of application of the Users Studies on Municipal Archives' methodology at the logroño's Municipal Archive (Autonomous Community of La Rioja, Spain). Trough the indirect founts analysis, (loans record book and internal users consults. Citizens record book and researchers index-card systems) the methodological propose takes in an complete users study and then pays attention both either the internal user (administrative represent) as the extern (research citizen). Without refer here the totally of system development, as a validly proof and taking in that we are yet just in front of a theoretic and practical approximation, will be point out first some characteristics of these three users kinds and, after analyzed results, it is presented a concrete applications propose of the Municipal Archive in it's simultaneous relation with each of them and with the information that they need.
