Composición y frecuencias génicas de algunas poblaciones urbanas colombianas

Se estimaron las frecuencias fenotípicas, genotípicas y génicas de los sistemas ABO y Rh y sus respectivos errores típicos en muestras de Bogotá, Cali, Medellín y Quibdó. Se compararon estas frecuencias con las esperadas para una mezcla trirracial amerindia, caucasoide y negroide. En líneas generales hay coincidencia con lo esperado, pero hay también resultados inesperados como es la frecuencia demasiado baja del alelo O en todas las muestras y la frecuencia demasiado alta del alelo d en Medellín.
