Consumo de oxígeno en las primeras etapas del desarrollo de Hyla labialis

Mediante un respirómetro Warburg se estudió el consumo de oxígeno durante las primeras etapas del desarrollo de Hyla labialis. Se observó un aumento después de la fertilización, una nivelación entre el 3er. clivaje y blástula, un aumento en gástrula, luego un ligero descenso hasta embrión de 5 mm para aumentar hasta el de 7 mm. Se discuten los implicaciones de estos cambios.
