Se presenta un detallado análisis de la composición química de los frutos del Artocarpus altilis (árbol del pan), recolectado en el departamento de Antioquia, Colombia, así como las propiedades fisicoquímicas del aceite de las semillas, un estudio de las proteínas globulares incluyendo su punto isoeléctrico determinado por electroforesis además de su contenido de aminoácidos.Downloads
