Working capital Financial management in the mixed company Havana Club International S.A.

The working capital analysis is very important for diagnose the financial situation of an organization in short term, contributing to the strengthening of its financial control. This investigation is carried out in the mixed company Havana Club International S.A., due to the importance of evaluating the organization working capital management for knowing its financial situation. The research methods used in the analysis were: logical-abstract, statistical, economic and monographic; and the techniques: documentary analysis and non-standardized interviews. From the results obtained it was found that, although the organization analyses the working capital management, there are factors affecting its result, an action plan contributing to accomplish the efficient management of the working capital in the company, and the results or this research with the purpose of making the right decisions to be analyzed is recommended.
