Abstract

the Working Capital management plays an important role in business decision making
since it provides tools to assess the direction mistakes and adopt correct and timely measures that
enable the desired results, achieving after each period greater efficiency and effectiveness. The aim
of this paper is the analysis of the Working Capital in the Comprehensive Company of Automotive
Services (EISA) in Matanzas. Methodological sequence: the first phase is about different definitions
of Working Capital, its origin and necessity, and presents the elements related to the importance
of effective control. The second one is a characterization of the creation and development of the
EISA company and assesses the results obtained when analyzing the Working Capital behavior.
Methods, techniques and tools that allow to corroborate the information and the results obtained in
the company under study are used.
