Kinismo y melodrama en La virgen de los sicarios y Rosario Tijeras

En este artículo la autora analiza la forma en que La virgen de los sicarios de Fernando Vallejo y Rosario Tijeras de Jorge Franco abordan el tema del sicariato de distintas maneras. Ella explora las características melodramáticas a las que apela la novela de Franco mientras que propone que Vallejo utiliza una actitud kínica, apropiándose del término kinismo del filósofo Peter Sloterdijk.

Abstract: In this article, the author is interested in analyzing the ways in which La virgen de los sicarios by Fernando Vallejo and Rosario Tijeras by Jorge Franco explore "sicario" topics from different perspectives. She examines the melodramatic characteristics to which Franco appeals while claiming that Vallejo uses a kinical attitude, a term taken from the philosopher Peter Sloterdijk.
