ABSTRACT
the ethical dilemmas we face as practising nursing students in relation to an advanced cancer female patient in absolute poverty but willing to live.
We emphasize some ethical principles in nursing practice like responsibility, compassion and solidarity.

Key words: Nursing care, nursing practice, absolute poverty
