La ambiguedad de la noción de equilibrio general con precio nulo del dinero

Al intentar demostrar la primacía la teoría de los precios relativos respecto a los monetarios, el pensamiento neoclásico moderno construye un modelo de economía monetaria agregando un bien especial en el modelo “real”. El precio de equilibrio de ese bien monetario es cero y de esta manera se afirma que una economía monetaria contiene un equilibrio que también pertenece a una economía sin dinero. EL presente ensayo argumenta que esta conclusión es errada y frustrante para la perspectiva neoclásica: un equilibrio económico con precio nulo del dinero lógicamente no existe.
