RESUMEN
El presente artículo centra su atención en las diversas formas que los historiadores literarios han utilizado para organizar aquello denominado como "literatura colombiana". Se trata de la evaluación periodológica de 140 años de historia literaria que separan al año 1867, fecha de publicación de la primera historia de la literatura colombiana, hasta nuestros días.
