Dichos, refranes y locuciones en las novelas de Gabriel García Márquez es la concreción y el resultado de un trabajo lexicográfico de inmersión en las principales obras del nobel colombiano de literaturaen 1982, que llena un vacío, traza un derrotero, abre espacios a futuras investigaciones y brinda material de soporte valioso, si no indispensable, a grupos y a especialistas que incursionen en los terrenos de la fraseografía. La obra, presentada en la Feria del Libro de Bogotá, en abril de 2019, no es una lista simple de hallazgos, sino una compilación detallada y ordenada de los mismos. Ella aparece además complementada con explicaciones para el iniciado y aclaraciones para el conocedor del mundo fraseológico en español.
