GUTIÉRREZ GIRARDOT, RAMA AND BOURDIEU: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL CONTRIBUTIONS ON WRITING REGIONAL AND NATIONAL LITERARY HISTORY. THE CASE OF SUB-FIELD IN ANTIOQUIA

Rafael Gutiérrez Girardot, Angel Rama and Pierre Bourdieu’s proposals allow recognizing the pertinence of building a literary history according to the notion of “field”, presented by Bourdieu, and the one of “literary life” and “social history of literature”, proposal from Gutiérrez Girardot, as well as the processes of “transculturación” and “aculturación”, exposed by Rama. In this way, a space of reflection to understand the regional literatures – in this case, from Antioquia – beyond an aprioristic category or folklorist is opened.
