RESUMEN Este texto analiza el papel que cumple la teoría y crítica literarias en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la literatura en la licenciatura en Humanidades, Lengua Castellana de la Universidad de Antioquia; para ello, parte de los referentes conceptuales que sustentan la creación y el desarrollo académico de la licenciatura en mención. Igualmente, formula un diagnóstico de las prácticas literarias en este programa, y revela las concepciones teóricas y metodológicas que predominan en los diferentes cursos del saber literario. ABSTRACT This paper discusses the role of Criticism and Literary Theory in de processes of learning and teaching literature in the Bachelor of Arts Humanities program, with an emphasis in Spanish Language at te University of Antioquia. Therefore, this paper starts with the conceptual framework tha supports the academic creation and development of the course in question. Similarly, this paper also makes a diagnosis of the literary practices in this program, and reveals the theoretical and methodological approaches that predominate in different courses of LiteratureDownloads
