Evaluation Methods of Physical Activity Level. Literature Review
Abstract
Physical activity has been shown to have a favorable impact on both individual health and population, therefore, it is necessary to know the level of physical activity and take action towards improving public health. The aim of this article is to describe the methods available for assessing the level of physical activity, their costs, practicality, validity and reliability, impact and uses. Considering the revision made calls to properly use these methods of evaluation and continued research on technological developments that occur in each of these methods.
