Abstract

Aim: compare the kicking gesture with the inside edge of a soccer ball stopped with the dominant foot, between an experienced subject and an inexperienced subject. Method: Each subject made three attempts of the gesture in the same conditions; the best gesture was chosen at the time of the analysis according to the recommendations of the literature on the execution and expertise of the researchers. The recordings were made in 3D with
the help of two high-speed cameras. The filming was analyzed with the program SkillSpector version 1.3.2. Results: It was verified that the experienced subject reports impact velocity data, joint angles in lower limbs superior to the inexperienced subject.
