REINGENIERÍA, MODERNA TÉCNICA GERENCIAL

Abstract

El desarrollo que en la actualidad presenta la reingeniería exige fuentes que aborden esta temática, con el fin de satisfacer necesidades informativas a los interesados, tanto especialistas como estudiantes; por lo que el presente trabajo pretende contribuir a la no muy extensa bibliografia sobre esta temática. Sobre la misma; se abordan conceptos, definiciones y particularidades. Una breve historia de su surgimiento, las causas de su éxito y de su fracaso, así como enfoques, roles, etapas, entre otros aspectos de interés.

Se brindan conclusiones y recomendaciones, y un conjunto de asientos bibliográficos de documentos que fueron previamente consultados y, en diferentes casos, citados.

Abstract

Current development of reengineering demands handing from sources that deal with this topic, in order to satisfy information needs to the interested persons, such as specialists and students; that is why this work seeks to contribute the short bibliography related to the subject. Concepts, definitions and peculiarities about the subject are studied here. Also, a brief history of its emergence, as well as the causes of its success, failure, focus, roles, phases, etc are presented here.

Conclusions and recommendations are given together with a set of bibliographic quotations from documents previously consulted and, in some cases, cited.
