Laboratorio: Observación de algunos hongos ambientales

El conocimiento de los hongos y el interés por los mismos, han aumentado durante los últimos tiempos a medida que se ha ido descubriendo su importancia en la naturaleza. La mayoría de ellos viven libremente en el suelo o en el agua y obtienen su energía de la degradación de materiales orgánicos presentes en estos ambientes. Por esto, no es difícil cultivar algunos de los hongos más comunes y observarlos en el laboratorio.
