In this work, was evaluated the activity for inhibit the oxidation of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and freeradical scavenger activity of three medicinal plants highly commercialized in Colombia: Calendula officinalis,Passiflora mollisima, Cynara scolymuus.
