Abstract

El 28 de julio de 1880 Jules Cotard (1840-1889) presenta a la Societé médico-psychologique un trabajo titulado "Del delirio hipocondríaco en una forma grave de la melancolía ansiosa" [Du délire hypocondriaque dans une forme grave de mélancolie anxieuse] en el que comienza describiendo el caso de una paciente que ha seguido durante varios años junto a Jules Falret, su Jefe en la Clínica des Vanves.
