Abstract

The present text reflects on the thought of the theorists Denis Dutton and John Dewey, who managed to expand the ideas of work and art, far from historical or critical ambits and quite near to the valuation of experience and even of life itself. This is how a connection arises and, at the same time, a duality when it comes to understanding art as experience and experience as art.
