Abstract

Nursing care is defined as a qualified personal service oriented to identification and satisfaction of health needs, and the nursing personnel has the capacity to satisfy because in the perspective of human development the professional concern for gratification are specific to its way of being.

When the caring team works toward the clients' satisfaction and their needs, they privilege the achievement of objetives and common goals between beneficiaries and caregivers, considering that health care and the prevention of illness concerns to everyone.

The nursing service has a qualified professional character and the team most have a seal of unmistakable distinction for the institution and society.
