Résumé

Cet article présente une revue de littérature sur le problème de l'aversion au risque dans la prise des décisions médicales, à partir de une révision sur les bases de données EconLit, JSTOR, Science Direct, Springer Link depuis 1985. Les résultats montrent qu'il est possible de classifier la question en trois approches: Premièrement, l'aversion au risque dans les théories de l'utilité espérée et de l'utilité espérée dépendante du rang. Deuxièmement, l'aversion au risque dans des situations cliniques issues de l'économie et, troisièmement, l'aversion au risque dans des situations cliniques issues de la psychologie. Malgré les progrès conceptuels et les techniques de mesure à l'intérieur de l'approche économique, nous avons constaté que la mesure expérimentale reste à l'intérieur de l'approche psychologique.
