The third reform to higher education in Latin America and the Caribbean: massification, regulations and internationalization

From the 20th century, in Latin America and the Caribbean, three reforms to higher education have been presented. In the third one, this higher education systems suffer a real shock due to their internationalization, new technologies of communication and information, new population demands for access, and the growing presence of societies of knowledge.
