Desarrollo de la inervación del miembro posterior del embrión de rata blanca (Rattus norvergicus, Berkenhout, 1769)

Se describe el patrón de inervación del miembro posterior con el establecimiento de los plexos lumbosacros y los nervios femoral, ciático, tibial, fibular y plantares en el embrión de rata (Rattus norvergicus). La metodología utilizada permitió una mejor visualización de este fenómeno biológico y su relación con otras estructuras corporales como cartílago, ganglios sensoriales y médula espinal ya que todas ellas sufren cambios que se presentan tanto en el espacio como en el tiempo. Además, el modelo 3D generado será de gran utilidad para posteriores investigaciones en este campo, al igual que de herramienta docente para ilustrar de manera sencilla y adecuada este complejo fenómeno.
