Abstract

From the work of building clinical cases in mental health institutions, carried out by a research and interinstitutional extension project, we collect the methodological principles that guide the wings of such practice in the real concerning the teams involved in the work with the case, both in its writing and its transmission. Taking into account the gaps between what the subject states, what can be recorded, and what remains to be transmitted, the character of strangeness that survives those scenic passages mobilizes the case weave in what linger so far as indiscernible.
