Resumen: Las páginas de Tomás Carrasquilla contienen un inmenso mundo sonoro donde la percepción auditiva cumple un papel privilegiado a través de la música, los sonidos de la vida rural y urbana, el silencio, el talento y la sensibilidad musical y las voces de sus personajes. Todos y cada uno de estos aspectos se constituyen en un verdadero elemento axiológico en la producción del autor.

Abstract: Tomás Carrasquilla's pages contain a complex world of sounds where the sense of hearing plays a significant role through different kinds of music, the sounds of country and urban life, and particularly the voices of his characters and their response to music and silence. All and each of these sounds become a true axiological element in Carrasquilla's literary production.
