The Philosophical problem of moral universalization

This piece examines some kantian arguments with the intent on considering Universality as a must of Moral Philosophy and to see if Kant`s studies can contribute to clarify this theme. The analysis of the arguments shows some logical inconsistencies in the solution given to the problem of Moral Universalization. Since this problem has been treated by specialists, this paper, considering their approaches, suggests that a Wittgenstein style of Grammatical Analysis is an alternative to clarify this matter. The paper, therefore, in part criticizes and in part has a proposal and implies a Programmatic Interpretation of some of Kant`s thesis.
