Résumé

Cet article analyse les déterminants de la productivité du travail dans les entreprises de services en Colombie. Tout particulièrement, l’article évalue le rapport entre, d’une part les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) en termes de l’investissement et de l’emploi, et d’autre part la productivité. Cette etude montre que dans l’ensemble, l’investissement dans les TIC et leur utilisation augmente la productivité du travail de 18% en moyenne. Les données empiriques montrent que les ressources les plus importantes ayant un impact positif sur la productivité des entreprises sont : les ressources technologiques (les équipes et leur l’utilisation), les ressources non technologiques, la formation du personnel, les capitaux étrangers et les salariés embouchés en CDI.
