RESUMEN Este trabajo analiza el lenguaje de los textos de la Administración pública, que se puede considerar ocmo uno de los lenguajes para fines específicos. Se trata de describir las notas comunicativas que le dan su propio perfil: emisor, propósito comunicativo, receptor, código y materia. Sin duda, la situación comunicativa en la que se produce es muy importante. Los textos son mensajes que proceden de los poderes públicos, y las formas enunciativas revisten notas peculiares. Los textos se clasifican según su función en la actividad administrativa. Se establecen dos grandes grupos: los textos que contienen carácter normativo, y los que no presentan ese carácter (no normativos). Este trabajo incluye una descripción de las tendencias estructurales de estos textos, que con frecuencia corresponden a determinadas pautas. En los textos normativos hay elementos argumentativos que aportan la justificación para avalar el mensaje. ABSTRACT This paper analyzes the language of the public administration texts, which can be considered as one of the languages for specific purposes. We describe much communicative information that gives it its own profile; sender, communicative situation in which a text is produced is very important. Text are messages which come from public authorities and the discourse is particularly constructed. These texts are classified according to their function in the administrative activity. Two great groups of texts are established: those which give some official orders (normative), and those which do not (non normative). This study includes a description of the structural tendencies of these texts. They often correspond to a certain model. In the normative texts there are argumentative devices whose meaning justifies the message.Downloads
