RESUMEN
El "Diccionario descriptivo del español del Valle de Aburrá" (DEVA), es un proyecto que está siendo ejecutado por el Grupo de Estudios Lingüísticos Regionales de la Facultad de Comunicaciones de la Universidad de Antioquia, con él se busca la confección de un diccionario que refleje el léxico usual del Valle de Aburrá. El siguiente texto surge en el marco del desarrollo de dicho proyecto y se propone mostrar la importancia de incluir las llamadas "palabras malsonantes" como entradas en todo tipo de diccionarios, especialmente en los denominados de uso, de ahí que sean tomadas en cuenta como parte del repertorio léxico del DEVA.
ABSTRACT
The "Grupo de Estudios Lingüísticos Regionales" of the Communications Faculty of the University of Antioquia is performing the research: "Diccionario descriptivo del español del Valle de Aburrá" (DEVA), this project will develop a dictionary that reflect the common words of "El Valle de Aburrá". The next text come from the mentioned research and it tries to show the importance to include as lemma "rude words" in all types of dictionaries, especially in a abridged dictionary as the DEVA.
