Recreate the ancestral wisdom through dance and music as ways of self education
Keywords:

This text points out every-day life, community and nature as the proper spaces for the generation of relevant knowledge to indigenous people. In this sense, the author considers that dances, parties and other cultural manifestations -as privileged expressions of indigenous spirituality- have been the forms of resistance used for centuries by indigenous peoples to the colonization and against-culture processes, encouraged by western hegemonies since the Colony to today's globalized world.
