Abstract

Up to date guidelines are given for the use of the different products available In Colombia for purposes of passive immunization; the following are included: antisera of both animal and human origin, whole human gamaglobulin and specific hyperimmune human gamaglobulin. Detailed procedures for performing sensitivity tests and desensitization are also presented.
