Apreciados colegas:
El número de manuscritos recibidos por la Revista Facultad de Ingeniería Universidad de Antioquia crece progresivamente. En 2007 se triplicó la oferta de artículos para nuestra revista después de que fue incluida en SciELO. En 2008 el número de artículos superó en 50% al año anterior. La Rev. Fac. Ing. Univ. Antioquia ascendió a la máxima Categoría en la I Actualización del Índice Bibliográfico Nacional – Publindex, 2008 después de su incorporación a la base de datos Pascal, Science Citation Index Expanded también conocido como SciSearch® y al Journal Citation Report (JCR) del Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) de Thomson Reuters. Esto nos ha permitido aumentar el número de artículos de cada ejemplar a partir de la edición N.º 45 .
