La actividad investigadora constituye una actividad básica del hombre, ya que le permite un mejor conocimiento de su entorno y de sí mismo y por lo tanto mejorar sus condiciones de vida. Esta actividad debe estar presente en la educación superior. La educación superior en sentido estricto es una síntesis que se constituye a partir de la investigación, la docencia y la proyección hacia la comunidad. La ausencia de uno de estos elementos implica una distorsión en el concepto de educación superior, distorsión que es más o menos grave, en la medida en que los elementos mencionados se encuentran total o parcialmente ausentes de la Universidad.Downloads
